Vs 2010 Solution and Project (2)

If you use Build All, you get a DLL file; if you use Build Package, you get DLL and WSP file.

If you rename *WSP file to *.CAB, and extract the files to a folder, you will see:

After you deploy a solution, you can manually retract it fro the Build menu:

4 Sharepoint Object Models:
(1) Server Object Model – used on server code
(2) Client Object Model – for .NET 3.5 client app
(3) Client Object Model — for Silverlight,
(4) Client Object Model — for Jscript.
Client Object Model is a subset of Server Model.
